Thai House v2.0 – Part 14
My dream kitchen has gray cabinets, a white countertop, white subway tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a farmhouse sink. One day, my dad sent me a photo from IKEA’s website and I thought, “WHOA. THAT’S MY KITCHEN!”
After shopping around, we ended up buying our countertop from some Asian place in El Monte and.. pretty much everything else from IKEA – from the sink to the cabinets, even the pendant lights.
Everyday after work and on the weekends, Peter and I worked to put together this kitchen. We painted the ceiling and walls, installed crown molding, put together and hung the cabinets and island, and moved our appliances in.
